CERTIFICATE FOR CLASS COMPLETED IN CURRENT CALENDAR YEAR: Upon completion of a live class (attendance + exit form completed) or online home study (passed quiz), a certificate of completion is provided to you via email for your records free of charge. Certificates are emailed typically 5-7 business day after live class or home study completion. If you have not received your certificate, please let us know! USPS MAIL COPIES: If you would like a paper copy of the certificate mailed to you via USPS mail, the charge will be $10 for a current class or home study. Please include information about your certificate request in the “order notes” on the checkout page (example: 7 Hour Live Class in May of this year…… or private class in Mokena spring of this year ….. 7 hour home study completed this year….. etc.).
CERTIFICATES FROM PREVIOUS YEARS: Please include information about your certificate request in the “order notes” on the checkout page (example: 7 Hour Live Class in May of 2021…… or private class in Mokena spring of this 2019 ….. 7 hour home study completed this 2019….all certificates of completion earned 2019….. etc.).
USPS MAIL COPIES: If you would prefer a paper copy of the certificate(s) mailed to you via USPS mail, the charge will be $15 per certificate requested.
EMAIL COPIES: If you should need a copy of a certificate of completion from a previous calendar year, there will be a charge of $10 per year requested to be sent via email. (Examples: If you need to request copies of all certificates of completion in 2019 – 2022 the charge will be $40. If you only need certificates from 2019 and 2021 which are renewal years, the charge will be $20.)
